To increase your security, it’s time to change the password that you usually use to log into your Internet Banking. It is a simple but necessary measure to protect your data from possible fraudulent use. Keep reading the guide below.

How to change your password?
- Log into your Internet Banking: you will be automatically prompted to change your password both from the Credem App and from the PC;
- Create a new password respecting all the requirements shown on the page:
- 8 to 32 characters long;
- at least one capital letter;
- at least one lowercase letter;
- at least on number;
- at least one symbol of your choice among \ ! " £ $ % & / ( ) = ? ' ^ * . , ; : - _ ° # @ [ ] { } + € ç §;
- Rewrite the new password to make sure you haven't made any typing error;
- Confirm the change with a code of your Mr. Pin;
- Done! Now you can start using your online services wherever you are with maximum security.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
Forgot your password? Here is the link to recover it:
- Inside your Internet Banking on the top left;
- Within the alert email you receive at every login;
- On the contract signed when opening the service.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Here are a couple of important things to know:
- Keep the original numeric password, you may need it to call Customer Service at the toll-free number 800.27.33.36.
- If you don't remember it, you can change it within your Internet Banking in the SICUREZZA section under Password Banca Telefonica.
